I bought the whole island, but the doors are still locked.
Open the parents' corner (hold the button at the top right for three seconds and answer the sum), go to Whole island and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Google account on the device as for the purchase.
Can I get my money back?
Within 48 hours of the purchase you can request a refund yourself in Google Play, under your orders. If it was longer ago, please email me.
Something doesn't work properly.
Email me what happened, on which device, and the version number (parents' corner, About the app). I'll look into it.
Can I move the app to another device?
Yes. Install it with the same Google account and the purchase comes along by itself. Profiles, drawings and stickers are stored only on the old device and don't move with it.
